1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping:
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not yet been packed or dispatched.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@niyatrendz.com with your Order ID. -
After Dispatch:
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. In such cases, the order will follow our Exchange Policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or general returns.
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, missing, or incorrect product.

You have submitted a valid unboxing video as per our Exchange Policy.

A replacement product is unavailable, or you choose not to opt for an exchange.
3. Refund Mode & Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed as Store Credit to your Niya Trendz account.

This credit can be used for future purchases on our website.

Refund processing may take 5–7 working days after verification of the returned item (if applicable).
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:

Orders without a proper unboxing video as proof of issue.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.

Products returned without prior approval.

Damage caused due to customer mishandling or usage.
