Exchange requests will not be considered without a proper unboxing video or if the video does not clearly demonstrate the issue, even in cases of major damage.
5. Submission Deadline:
The unboxing video must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. Late submissions may result in the request being declined.
6. Shipping Label:
If your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label to send the damaged item back to us.
7. Exchange Process:
Once we receive the damaged item and verify the issue, we will initiate the dispatch of a replacement item. Please note, the availability of the same item may vary; if unavailable, you may select an alternative item from our collection.
8. Refund Option:
If no suitable replacement is available, or if you prefer a refund, the amount will be credited to your account with us.
